ETSI has built state microwave network upgrades in preparation for NTSC to ATSC (Hi-Definition) Digital Television conversions.

We built the University of North Carolina UNC-TV and the South Carolina SCETV Networks.

The UNC-TV Network is combined at RF with the North Carolina Highway Patrol Network.

The new digital SCETV Network is RF combined with the existing analog network.

These networks employed 1 to 3 DS3 radios in an ATM Mux and last-mile Part 74 operation.
